5S is a basis for improvements

Fast Transmission Europe is constantly aiming to improve efficiency.
 For this, company’s management decided to implement 5S methodology.

5S is a way of organizing a workspace based on the principles of careful attitude towards employees, communications, equipment and materials. This methodology for manufacturing system allows to improve the production process, reduce losses, organize workplaces, thereby increasing productivity and safety of the enterprise as a whole.

The first step in implementing of new system was training organized by management on the company’s territory. The training participants were able to acknowledge the concept, principles, goals and benefits of the 5S system.
